Progeco focuses its activity on automation solutions mainly aimed at industrial customers, ranging from electrical panels of various sizes, types and destinations, to facilities and plants on production lines and on automatic machines, without omitting all that concerns the design of our products, that is software solutions for automation, PLCs and HMIs.Each of our electrical cabinet is unique, there are no standard cabinets, as our achievements meet the specific needs of the end user, varying by end-use destination, type, power, equipment, voltage, etc. ..

The plants on board of machines consist in the connection of the many utilities to the electrical control panel.Our engineers implement them taking into particular consideration not only practicality, so you can easily make any future changes, but also aesthetics, using sheaths for cable collection and other materials for a more orderly management of the plant itself.

Plants on production lines
In case the control panel does not have to manage a single machine but a whole line, we are able to run the plant directly at the customer's premises.
The system installed on the production line allows the unique and integrated command of the whole line, increasing the productivity of the line and reducing the downtime of' man-machine integration. -
Plants on automatic machines
We make the connection of our electrical panels to the utilities on the machine, so as to obtain the complete control of the machine through the electrical board.

Pre-wired systems
We perform pre-wired systems to be mounted directly on the machine.
These plants are useful in case of series production of machines.
This means that the customer has only to order a single code without worrying about the details that make it up, considerably reducing the management of the product codes and speeding the installation of the machine.
Design
The sizing, the technical assessment, the realization of the wiring diagrams are all processes entirely performed inside our corporate structure.
Our engineering department realizes the design of electrical diagrams and oversees the wiring of electrical panels both of internal design and of customer's design.
With the aim of offering an innovative product, the office is equipped with a CSD station with software EPLAN P8 and two CAD stations with software SPAC.
The documentation of the final product is developed with symbols in accordance with regulations of the countries of destination of the product.
In addition, our language experts are involved in the translation of all documents produced (wiring diagrams, statements of compliance, user manuals) in the main European languages.
Electrical boards
Progeco mainly operates at national level, producing electrical panels and plants for command and control of industrial automation.
All our proposals are designed and implemented in close collaboration with end users, mainly taking into account the intended use and function of the electrical panel to be realized, completed with the electrical design and programming of electronic systems and, finally, guaranteed through a careful process of testing and implementation at the customer's premises as well as through a prompt after-sales service.
Since all our constructions are unique, it is practically impossible to outline one of our cabinets through images and descriptions; so we decided to create a special section of the site, FIELDS OF APPLICATION, where you can view pictures of our cabinets divided by sector.Software
Our technical department is equipped with a location of high technology through which we plan most of the HMIs (Siemens, Telemecanique, Esa, Nais, etc. ..) and of Siemens PLCs (S5, S7-200, S7-300, S7-400) and Telemecanique PLCs, creating "user-friendly" interfaces which enable the operator to have complete control of the machine, and integrating add-on packages of communication, motion, etc ...
The great experience gained allows us to create interfaces simple to use but, at the same time, complete with all the information necessary for the proper functioning of the system.
Photovoltaic plants
Progeco's experience in the field of photovoltaic has recent origins, when the direction, driven by a natural curiosity towards a nascent industry in strong growth and by the prospect of significant energy savings, has ventured into the design and construction of its first stand-alone photovoltaic system : the one installed on the roof of its venue, nominal power 20 Kwp.
Since that photovoltaic has become a veritable industry side to core business, largely manifesting in the creation of numerous PV systems, of power range from 2 Kwp to 200 Kwp, on roof, ground and even on shelter.
Progeco mainly aim is, as always, to offer the customer the solution that best suits their needs, in this case taking into account the maximum productivity achievable and the workable solution.
We cooperate with a technical study, which, in addition to the project itself, manages all G.S.E. and Enel practices necessary for the completion and activation of the plant itself, thus being able to guarantee the customer a solution "keys in hand".
